Inside Haute Living’s Exclusive Collectors Dinner with Ulysse Nardin

Haute Living hosted a luxurious evening with Ulysse Nardin where a close group of collectors came together to enjoy an intimate dinner at renowned Miami River restaurant, Seaspice.

Upon arrival, guests were greeted by nautical-themed greeters that brought them to an outside private area where they could enjoy sips of Louis Roderer Champagne while the sun set along the River. Some guests chose to pull up on their yachts and docked them on site as they came to join the group.

Following cocktails, guests moved inside the gorgeous dining area which was decked out in nautical-themed decor and the gorgeous timepieces were on display for all to admire. As dinner began, a special live piano performance set the mood for a beautiful evening followed by a menu of five-star gourmet cuisine, including the spot’s signature Sea Bass, a truffled Filet Mignon and a sweet selection of dessert. The savory dishes were the perfect accompaniment to the fine wine and champagne pairings from Louis Roderer Champagne. Eve Bordarier gave a speech before dessert was served explaining each specific pairing and a toast to a wonderful evening.

Many notable guests came to join in the affair including Italian billionaire Gianlucha Vacchi, as well as Miami Dolphins star Jay Ajayi, Ulysse Nardin’s Alain Riguidel, Gil Dezer, Tommy Kato, Benny Shabtai, Marko Jarik, Richard Charlton, Pierre Bennati, Celeste Fierro, Yona Puri, Seaspice owners Carlos and Maryam Miranda, Haute Living CEO Kamal Hotchandani and more.
The evening came to a fitting end as the Seaspice team brought out their signature flaming bottles of champagne and a delicious chocolate dessert for Alain Riguidel, whose birthday happened to be on the same night.
