The Swatch Group’s Most Successful Decemeber Yet
Having the strongest month of turnover in December, The Swatch Group exceeded CHF 7 billion for the first time in the company’s history with group sales of watches and jewelry up 21.7%. The most significant growth came about in China The group’s watch and jewellery division recorded sales of CHF6.31 billion. In addition to its individual brands performing well, Swatch Group’s production division also saw big growth with the demand for different types of components contributing to a marked increase in gross sales of 32.6% to CHF2.02 billion.
