Meet the largest fibreglass superyacht, Majesty 175
Long, lavish and luxurious, superyachts redefine elite living in every way possible. Gulf Craft‘s Majesty 175 is a superyacht that would possibly bring in a new era in the yachting industry. The custom 54m superyacht is also the largest flagship yacht from the UAE shipyard. Majesty 175 is under construction and would be delivered to a prominent Emirati businessman.
The superyacht was launched in the 2016 Monaco Yacht Show, this superyacht is a marriage of luxury and conscious thinking and has the modern spirit in its design by Cristiano Gatto Design Team in Italy. It is now under construction in the United Arab Emirates after 4 years of rigorous research and development. Understanding the environmental circumstances, the superyacht uses composite materials in its making. The use of fibreglass decreases the overall weight, enhances fuel consumption and maintenance without compromising the quality.
The superyacht has now replaced the US-based Westport 172 by just three feet and now becoming the largest fibreglass superyacht built as an MCA-LY3 yacht. “This is a very special day in the history of Gulf Craft. I’m proud of everyone who contributed to this magnificent jewel and to launch it today as the largest composite production megayacht in the world. This project took 4 years of hard work and dedication from the entire team to manufacture. I believe that with building the Majesty 175, we have set a new trend in the market that many shipyards in the world will follow.” said Gulf Craft’s Chairman Mohammed Hussein Alshaali in a statement.
