Today’s Haute Time Watch of the Day is by Patek Philippe and features a minute repeater, tourbillon escapement and instantaneous perpetual calendar. The rose gold piece is 41mm and is shown on a black alligator strap. This impressive piece chimes with two gongs and features day, date, month, leap year in apertures as well as moon phases and day/night displays. The 5207R is available with an interchangeable full back and sapphire-crystal case back and 48 hour power reserve.
