This haute couture creation is an homage to the 19th century tradition of “secret” watches. Approximately 28.9 carats of brilliant, flame and princess cut diamonds adorn what appears to be a dainty white gold bracelet. However, beneath a paved cover the hours and minutes are revealed on a dial entirely paved with a glittering bed of brilliant-cut diamonds. A crown on the back of the movement, designed after the historical Vacheron Constantin baguette movement, controls the hand-wound Caliber 1005 mechanical heart. $735,000
