Louis Vuitton To Launch Tambour Horizon Connected Watch With Updated Aesthetics & User Experience

Using new colors, design and materials, Louis Vuitton will launch the new Tambour Horizon Connected Watch with updated user interface and technical functionality at the end of the month. New and impressive features include the ‘My Travel,’ ‘Agenda,’ ‘Step Counter’ and ‘Pollution’ functions, giving its wearer the most intuitive experience for integral, everyday use.

My Travel: puts together all of the owner’s travel information, such as flight/train/transportation and hotel information

Agenda: gives the user a clear viewing of occupied time for meetings and free time

Step Counter: allows the user to track his or her distance traveled by foot

Pollution: displays the air quality index in real time for the user

The intuitiveness of the watch is amplified with quickly  accessible functions, such as the rotating crown that can be easily adjusted with just one feature; the Qualcomm® Snapdragon Wear™ 3100 Platform; extended battery life of one full day (and up to five additional days if used in ‘watch mode,’ which is time display only); an updated screen with high quality definition; and the Wear OS by Google™ operating system, where the user will have access to their information much faster with an improved navigational experience.

Buyers can also personalize the dial with a choice between watch faces and is available in five color ways: polished steel, matte black PVD, matte brown PVD, white ceramic and white ceramic with gem-set horns. Additionally, digital mode has emblematic motifs—Monogram, Damier and the recognizable “V” for Gaston-Louis Vuitton. All have been reimagined to create attractive and unique translucent effects, contrasting with the Monogram Flowers. For further personalization, the buyer can add his or her initials, giving them the ultimate control and  exclusivity.
