LeBron James and Audemars Piguet Celebrate the New ‘26470’ Royal Oak Offshore Collection
Last month Audemars Piguet made headlines at Baselworld with the unveiling of ‘26470’, a collection of six new Royal Oak Offshore watches. On April 7, the collection made its stateside debut in Miami with the help of Audemars Piguet’s global brand ambassador LeBron James.
The Miami Heat power forward joined Xavier Nolot, CEO of Audemars Piguet North America, at the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) for the US launch of the collection.
The event included a retrospective of this iconic model, with Royal Oak models from Audemars Piguet’s museum in Le Brassus, Switzerland which documented its evolution. The Royal Oak was first introduced in 1993.
Guests were also treated to a special video about the collection, and were able to view the six new models, including the Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph 42mm, Royal Oak Offshore Diver and Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph 44mm, both of which were offered in white ceramic.
