An Italian banker based in Milan has spent almost ten years amassing a collection of ten Patek Phillipe watches . Now Alfredo Paramico’s personal set of watches is ranked one of the top ten across the world valuing approximately $25 million dollars. Let’s take a look at seven pieces from his masterful anthology.
- The first and most important piece is reference number 1518 orignally from 1943, and one of only four known in existence. It brings in about $6 million of the collection and features an everlasting calendar and chronograph.
- Number two is a white-gold single button Chronograph from 1928 unique because Patek does not typically use the alloy, and it is the only known in existence. It’s worth is tallied at $4 million.
- Third is a round face reference number 2497 in white gold from 1954 worth $4 million and featuring Breguet numbers and a perpetual calendar.
- Reference number 1436 is set in steel with a split second chronograph one of three made 1949. This watch comes in at $3 million of the total set value.
- The Nautilus reference number 3700/1 crafted in 1982 of platinum values $800,000 and is the only known piece of its kind.
- This platinum dazzler with emerald and diamond hour markers is unique piece from 1952 worth $600,000.
