Luxury watchmaker Hublot has revealed that the manufacture gifted rapper Nas a custom Hublot Classic Fusion King Gold Small Second for his 40th birthday. The timepiece was engraved on the caseback to mark the moment.

Hublot and Hennessy helped the rapper celebrate the occasion with a private dinner for about 100 celebrities and VIP guests in New York City.
