Haute Time Visits The Officine Panerai Boutique in Miami
Haute Time visited the Panerai Boutique in boutique in Miami recently, and took a look at some unique edition timepieces we wanted to share. After the editorial we featured last week with the Panerai Radiomir 1940 Monopulsante 8 Days GMT Oro Rosso , Haute Time had a few more Panerai favorites to showcase, here they are…
Powered by a Skeleton hand-wound mechanical Panerai P.2003/S calibre movement, Lo Scienziato Radiomir Tourbillon GMT Ceramica features a 48mm black ceramic case and bezel. Functions include hours, minutes, small seconds, second time zone, 24h indicator, power reserve indicator on the back and of course a tourbillon. On the dial we see luminous Arabic numeral and hour markers, a 24h indicator at 3 o’clock, seconds and tourbillon indicator at 9 o’clock. The special edition is limited to 150 units.
The Radiomir 10 Days GMT Platino features a 45mm polished platinum case and boasts hours, minutes, small seconds, date, second time zone, 24h indicator, linear power reserve indicator and a seconds reset device. It is powered by an Automatic mechanical, Panerai P.2003 calibre movement, entirely executed by Panerai.
Another impressive piece we saw at Panerai’s Miami boutique is Lo Scienziato Luminor 1950 Tourbillon GMT Ceramica. With its 48mm black ceramic case and bezel along with the Trademarked device protecting the crown, this model features a skeleton hand-wound mechanical Panerai P.2005/S calibre movement. With hours, minutes, small seconds, second time zone, 24h indicator, power reserve indicator and a tourbillon, this timepiece is certainly one of our favorites.
This year, Panerai released a North American Exclusive for this year only, The Luminor 8 Giorni Brevettato. We were lucky enough to see this piece in the Miami Boutique and snapped a picture for you to enjoy as well.
