Cartier Roadster XL Watch In Gold & Walnut #250 of 250 at Highglow Jewelers
Last week Haute Time was in Los Angeles, where we visited our good friends at Highglow Jewelers. They showed us two amazing Cartier watches. Last week we showed you the first piece – the Libre Temps Moderne de Cartier. This week, we are showing you one of a limited production of the Cartier Roadster: the Cartier Roadster XL Watch in Gold and Walnut, #250 of 250 pieces.
What makes this watch special is two things; one, it is #250 of just 250 limited edition pieces produced worldwide; and two, this is one of the only watches made by Cartier using the Walnut finishing throughout. This watch launched around 2009, so for a true watch collector, this is definitely a piece for a collection. I personally had never seen this piece before – if you are into buying a gold watch, it is priced very well, at $39,100. A very unique piece that is certain to get lots of admiration.
The watch is in 18K pink gold. The dial is made of walnut, along with the center links throughout the gold bracelet. The watch is very heavy – you can feel that it is a gold watch. Plus, I like how you also get a leather strap, so the watch can be worn with a gold bracelet or a black leather strap.
Either way, to be able to get a new, Cartier #250 of 250 production, is worth the investment for a true watch collector. To see the piece visit Highglow Jewelers in Los Angeles.
