Winner of the 2013 Grand Prix d’Horlogerie for Innovation, The Deep Space Tourbillon by Vianney Halter, is recognized world-wide for this prestigious award.
The titanium case measures 46mm in diameter and features a large domed sapphire crystal which gives the timepiece a futuristic, space station look. In the center of the watch, the tourbillon which spins once every 40 seconds, the timepiece’s first axis point. The second point is the tourbillon shaft, which also spins on its axis every six minutes. Finally the entire mechanism spins in a horizontal movement every 30 minutes. Mr. Halter’s movement is call the Caliber VH 113 and features a 55 hour power reserve.
