Breguet to Reveal Platinum Classique Grande Complication Tourbillon Extra-Thin at Basel
The countdown to Basel is officially on! With three months to go until the 2014 BaselWorld show, Breguet has unveiled a sneak peek at the new platinum version of the Classique “Grande Complication” Tourbillon extra-thin automatic.
This ultra-thin timepiece, which made its debut at BaselWorld 2013, boasts a self-winding extra-thin tourbillon movement housed in a 7mm thick case. The 42mm diameter case, which showcases the off-centre tourbillon, will be released in platinum for the first time. The platinum dial is engine-turned in four different patterns, with small seconds on the tourbillon and 90-hour power reserve indicator at 8:30.
Haute Time recently shot the rose gold Classique “Grande Complication” Tourbillon extra-thin automatic at the Breguet boutique in New York City. We can’t wait to see more of the new platinum version at Basel!
