Seth Semilof, Publisher of Haute Living magazine, has been a devoted watch enthusiast since he can remember. It was out of this passion that, last year, Semilof and business partner Kamal Hotchandani launched luxury timepiece website Haute Time. The two curate the site, hand-selecting all content that goes live. Semilof highlights his favorite—and the most sought-after—watch brands through weekly five-question interviews with the CEOs and Presidents of these top-tier companies. Finally, he curates the site on a daily basis, including three or more updates on newsworthy topics every day.
Panerai Classic Yachts Challenge 2012
On May 30th, the second yacht challenge in the Panerai series took place in Les Voiles de Antibes. The competition takes place over a five-day span in which yacht enthusiasts sail the coastal waters of the Mediterranean in a regatta or compete in match races against other crews. For eight years in a row, Officine Panerai has sponsored this event—the largest international circuit of regattas for classic yachts. Yachts are divided into four categories: Vintage Yachts, Classic Yachts, Metric Classes (which is reserved for former yachts in the Olympics cup) and Spirit of Tradition, modern yachts built along classic lines.
