Louis Vuitton steps into the luxury sporting space with its first ever professional level diving chronograph called the Tambour Diving II Chronograph. It features a rubber band, and steel face encased in rubber displaying the stages of diving decompression around the outer edge. A luminescent display with anti-reflective glass maximizes readability underwater. The second hand features the diver’s flag that flies above water when there is a diver below. Greubel Forsey Partner With Micro-Sculptor on Exquisitely Intricate Art Piece 1 Watch

Swiss luxury watchmakers Greubel Forsey have partnered with world renowned micro-sculptor Willard Wigan on an elaborate timepiece that has been four years in the making. Art Piece 1, the stunning watch which resulted from the collaboration, features exquisite details like tiny, hand-carved nano-sculptures in the crown of the watch. Harry Winston Reportedly Looking To Sell His Business

The watch industry is buzzing as reports surface that famed retailer Harry Winston is in talks with luxury groups to sell the watch and jewelry portion of his eponymous line. Reuters has reported that the move is likely a restructuring, to allow Winston to focus more time on his company’s mining ventures. Amadeo Tourbilllon Rising Star Named the Best Multi-Time Zone Timepiece

When the Middle East Premier Awards Gala Dinner took place in Bahrain this month, luxury watchmakers Bovet were given a huge honor. Bovet’s Amadeo Tourbillon Rising Star won the award for the “Best Multi-Time Zone Timepiece” from the awards which were bestowed in ten watch categories, five jewelry and writing instruments categories. Luxury watchmakers RJ-Romain Jerome have commemorated the maison’s dual passion for watchmaking and contemporary art in a stunning new collaboration with renowned Swiss artist John M Armleder. The company have unveiled Art-DNA; a collection of ten watches which feature a skull, a recurring motif found in Armleder’s works. Armleder was inspired by the skulls which feature prominently in the art and culture of Amerindians.
