Today’s Haute Time Watch of the Day is The Oyster 42mm White Gold Sky-Dweller, which debuted at Baselworld. This new spin on The Sky-Dweller which launched in 2012, gives collectors some additional options, on this revolutionary timepiece.

The Sky-Dweller provides global travellers everything they need to keep track of time no matter where they are there, with the utmost ease and sophistication, with two time zones and an annual calendar which marks the passage of months. Equipped with a Calibre 9001, self-winding mechanical movement, entirely developed by Rolex and also introduced in 2012, ensures easy interaction with the movement and bezel to control the watch functions.

The 42mm Oyster case is white gold and features a fluted bezel which allows selection of the watch functions on rotation. The new black dial shows the hour, minute and second hands at the center for local time. The second time zone is displayed on a off-center 24-hour disc on the dial, and also shows day and night hours in the other time zone. The month is displayed on apertures around the dial in a contrasting color and the date window is at 3 o’clock.
