Pelé Helps Hublot Launch Global World Cup Campaign in Miami
Pelé, one of the world’s most famous athletes and the only soccer player to win three World Cups, arrived in Miami this week for the kickoff of Hublot‘s new World Cup Campaign.
The “Hublot Loves Football” campaign will tour the globe in advance of the 2014 Brazil World Cup, which starts on June 12.
For the campaign’s launch, Pelé and Hublot welcomed media at Brazilian artist Romero Britto‘s Studio in Wynwood, Miami for a press conference and Haute Living cover shoot.
Later that evening, the “King of Football” joined Hublot CEO Ricardo Guadalupe, Hublot’s Exclusive Partner in the Americas Rick De La Croix and Britto to celebrate with a Brazilian-themed party at Bâoli hosted by Hublot, Haute Living and Dom Pérignon.
The group toasted the campaign’s success with glasses of Dom Pérignon, which flowed freely all evening long. Miami Heat’s DJ Irie entertained a packed house that included notables such as Miami Beach Mayor Philip Levine, Jorge Pérez, Gil Dezer, Anthony Shriver, Rohan Marley, Kevin Lyttle, Michael Grieco and Sammy Sosa.
