Haute Time spotted Chef Emeril Lagasse wearing a 40mm Oyster Professional YACHT-MASTER in steel by Rolex.

The ROLESIUM material (a combination of 904L steel and 950 platinum) no doubt makes this timepiece the perfect kitchen companion for Lagasse.

Indeed, Lagasse not only wears the timepiece on his cookbook, he also wore the YACHT-MASTER on Good Morning America, where he judged a cook-off between football legend Joe Montana and Tim Tebow.

Lagasse is a judge on Top Chef New Orleans, has published several cookbooks and owns 13 restaurants, including the Delmonico Steakhouse in Las Vegas.
