Carl F. Bucherer Unveils Manero Chrono Perpetual
Luxury watchmaker Carl F. Bucherer has unveiled a unique new combination of chronograph and perpetual calendar. The Manero Chrono Perpetual features the date, day of the week, month, and moon phase without requiring correction, taking into account even the differing lengths of the months and leap years.
The Manero ChronoPerpetual begins with a 42.5mm 18K rose gold case, and a silver or black dial. The dial of this limited edition showcases the timepiece’s various functions; the perpetual calendar date at 12 o’clock, the day of the week at 6 o’clock, the month and leap year at 9 o’clock, and the moon phase at 3 o’clock. The chronograph counters for the hours are at 6 o’clock, while the minutes are at 9 o’clock and the small running seconds hand at 12 o’clock. Finally, there is a tachymeter scale on the bezel, and a slender stopwatch hand in the center marks counted seconds.
The automatic caliber CFB 1904 movement, which boasts a 50-hour power reserve, is visible through the sapphire crystal caseback.
It is completed by a hand-stitched Louisiana alligator brown leather strap with an 18K rose gold pin buckle.
Only 100 pieces of the Manero Chrono Perpetual Limited Edition will be produced worldwide.
