Carmelo Anthony’s Haute Time Watch of the Day: BVLGARI Commedia Dell’Arte

Today’s Haute Time Watch of the Day is The Commedia Dell’Arte by BVLGARI.

Introduced this year at BaselWorld, this complex masterpiece features a 16th century Italian scene showing three famous characters in performing arts, Harlequin, Pulcinella and Brighella. The scene is meticulously hand painted and each character is set above the dial using various components so they can move in harmony, each time you hear the minute repeater chime.

The case measures 54 mm and is created in 18k white gold. Powered by a hand finished Calibre BVL 618 movement which brings the beautiful scene to life, the movement is also equipped with a 48-hour power reserve.

The intricate dial features minutes on the left side of the dial and hours are shown in the aperture at the six o’clock position on the dial. Fitted with a beautiful black alligator strap with an 18k white gold folding buckle, The Commedia Dell’Arte is part of a Limited Collection offered by Bvlgari.
