Ten World Records Set At Jaeger-LeCoultre Unique Auction

 

Last month at Paris’ Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Unique Auction not only brought out some top bidders but also set ten world records.

This was the largest Jaeger-LeCoultre collection ever offered for sale. Of the 565 pieces from the 180 years of Jaeger-LeCoultre history, approximately 345 were sold with the vintage watches including pocket watches, divers and chronographs having the most success.

World record setters included the Deep Sea Alarm Europe and the Atmos for 38,000 € each

Other standouts included the Militaire SHOM, which sold for 15,000 €, a Polaris 1968 for 23000 €, a QP Staybrite for 70,000 € and a Reverso Cadran Bleu for 38,000 €.
