Haute Time Watch of the Day: Greubel Forsey Quadruple Tourbillon

The Greubel Forsey Quadruple Tourbillon is today’s Haute Time Watch of the Day. It is an extraordinarily complex timepiece featuring four tourbillons.

The case of the Quadruple Tourbillon houses two double tourbillon systems which are placed head to tail in the watch case. The case is available in either platinum or red gold and measures 43.5mm. On the dial, the hours are marked by an arrow in the sub-dial at 5 o’clock, and the minutes are indicated on a rotating disc within the same sub-dial. A small seconds dial is at the 10 o’clock position and a 56 hour power reserve indicator at the 11 o’clock position.

The Greubel Forsey Quadruple Tourbillon also features sapphire crystal and caseback along with an exhibition window on the side of the case to view the tourbillon from another angle. Shown here in red gold with a black alligator strap with a matching gold folding clasp. The Greubel Forsey Quadruple Tourbillon is a limited production of 11 pieces in gold and 11 pieces in platinum.
