Patrimony Traditionnelle Self-Winding

Following its 125th anniversary last year, Vacheron Constantin debuts the Patrimony Traditionnelle Self-Winding. The timepiece contains an opalescent silver toned face encased in 18-karat pink gold with pink-gold hour markers, offset by a black minute circle.  It is powered by the Calibre Self-Winding 1120 crafted within Geneva’s traditions, ticking at the heart of the open-view sapphire crystal pane, and marked by dauphine hands to the frequency of 2.75 Hz. A red-brown alligator leather band closes the masterpiece with an 18 karate pink-gold pin buckle.

The watch marks a transition into a future more thoroughly matching Hallmark of Geneva requirements with attention to the watch as a whole rather than solely fluidity of movement. Patrimony Traditionelle is at once contemporary and stylish with a slender 41 mm face diameter with sharp edges turned smooth surfaces through chamfering followed by hand-polish. It is a timepiece for a more discerning clientele meticulously crafted for beautiful appearance grounded in the mechanical excellence of a label with over a century of experience.
