Jaeger-LeCoultre and Aston Martin Release the First Vertical Trigger Timepiece

The partnership between two legendary companies, Jaeger-LeCoultre (haute horlogerie manufacturer) and Aston Martin (maker of iconic luxury vehicles) has resulted with a brand new masterpiece.  the first-ever vertical trigger chronograph, the AMVOX7.

The watch was made to celebrate the eight-year anniversary of the two companies’ collaborative efforts and is the latest in the innovative AMVOX family of timepieces.  In fact, when the vertical chronograph technology first appeared in 2005, it was so innovative and revolutionary that it changed how elite athletes would time their performances and events.    The watch also features a 65 hour power reserve, 756 automatic mechanical calibers, and a frequency of 28,000 vibrations per hour, meaning it is sure to please aficionados of luxury watchmaking and luxury automobiles all over.

Making the AMVOX7 so unique is the dial design, which has a representation of the Aston Martin Vanquish radiator grille.  Both the watch and the latest Vanquish automobile have another thing in common other than a great esthetics; their motors are built for accuracy, robustness and reliability.

The color scheme of the watch is black, varying shades of grey, white, with red highlights, emulating the dashboard one would see on an Aston Martin sports car and gives the watch a thoroughly masculine, sporting look.  A titanium case completes the effect, and a black alligator leather strap ties everything together.   The price is available upon request via Jaeger-LeCoultre’s concierge.
